Houston Inn and Suites Rooms

Liked: Nothing

Liked: Convenient location just off the highway, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

Disliked: Terrible smell do not book in this hotel for the price they have is not worth it especially for family you wont sleep at all from that smell. And the ac had a loud noise all the time. The staff was terrible from the start they do not accept card payment or tap to pay is cash only, i had to go find ATM at 12am in midnight because they did not accept card.

Comfortable cozy worth it Liked: It was clean quiet and cozy. Disliked: Na

Bad experience! Liked: The bed sheets smelled of bleach-so they appeared clean. The carpet seemed fairly new and not stained. There was a fenced in locked parking. Not being familiar with Houston, I had no idea about this location. The TV worked well. Disliked: This property is SHABBY to say the least! The door had only the doorknob lock-no safety chain. The sink had no stopper, as well as the bathtub! The tub did appear to be clean, but I wouldn't bathe in there. The walls and ceiling were COVERED with stains. Not being familiar with Houston, I had no idea this was a homeless area. If it had not been so late on a Saturday night, I would have gone to a known hotel. Please do not send anyone else there. I chose this location because it appeared to be close to the church I was going to...but it was not, Also, there was an open space by the window...not covered, The woman that checked me in, was very rude. However, the woman the next day was much friendlier.

Liked: Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Clean and quiet premises. Disliked: Bathroom sink water pressure was extremely low.

Liked: Nothing fancy. Was not gross. Good value. Just what I needed.

Affordable, gated and comfortable just needs some updates to the room. Liked: The staff was amazing and always available. The coffee area was very nice and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the AC was nice and cold, the room smelled clean. Disliked: The room needs updates like the GFI plugs are so old that only 1 would could be used to plug our phone charger in. The others our chargers just fell out when we plugged them in. The bathroom fan was very old and needs to be updated too, it was very tiny and loud to run. There was a large crack under our door that needed a weather strip to keep light and heat out but with luck the AC kept the room cold anyway. Just a waste on electricity for the property.

Disgusting Liked: I did not Disliked: Nasty

It was alright. Disliked: Cable was advertised, but all we had was a roku tv.

Liked: Great price for a low-budget hotel. It is slightly outdated but very clean, and the pool is wonderful. The staff is nice and helpful.

Very poor performance Liked: Clean inside the room Disliked: Noisy, dogs above our room, tv was in Spanish

Nice place but not properly maintained Liked: Close to where my conference was Disliked: The property is not properly maintained, roaches was all over the room

Exceptional

Locks like a Drug house Liked: Nothing Disliked: Everything

Liked: Nothing Disliked: Outdated, dirty, building didn’t even seem like it was up to code! Ceiling peeling. Homeless looking people hanging around

Fraustration Liked: Wasnt aloeed to check in Disliked: Wasnt allowed to check in

Sad Liked: Bed Disliked: No hot water for 2 days. Elevator in poor operation. No credit for either night. Checked out early.

Liked: Accessibility to every thing near by Disliked: Wi-Fi didn’t work an the plugs in room would not hold chargers.

Overall stay was good and excellent. Liked: Safe , secure and Walmart on walking distance Disliked: Need proper fumigation

Very poor

Liked: I never did get to stay there because of booking dot comthey did not tell me that there was gonna be an extra charge for 1st floor of course, none of y'l's apps have any filter for people that cannot climb stairs that or be above the 1st floor because if the elevator goes. Out for fire or anything else? I cannot climb the stairs. I did not have the extra funds for everything. They wanted along with a $150 pet deposit. I never stayed there. I want my money back. I did not cancel you and they other ones that dropped the ball. I am extremely disappointed and you owe me. I am right now. Still looking for a room for today. And tomarrow and I have no place to stay. Thank you very much, you suck.

A bit overpriced for the quality of accomodation offered. Room smelt bad but was clean. Liked: Clean enough. Disliked: Overpriced for the quality of the accomodation, room was clean enough but it had this potent chemical smell, I had to go across the road to the Walmart and buy a room deodoriser. Also, all four washing machines were out of order.

Nice Liked: Seemed a little expensive for what it offers. Otherwise it’s a pretty comfortable motel. Best thing is Walmart right across the road and there’s a taco truck on the premises which sells cheap and good food.

Disliked: The room, restroom. The room smelled like mildew the restroom was old and dirty
